  • 1 cup cherry juice preferably tart or unsweetened
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice for rich color and flavor
  • 2 cups sparkling water or soda chilled, for shimmer and fizz
  • to taste ice cubes plenty to keep the punch cold

Method
 

  1. Pour the cherry juice into a large mixing pitcher, filling it about halfway.
  2. Add the pomegranate juice to the pitcher, creating a deep, blood-red mixture.
  3. Stir gently with a spoon to combine the juices thoroughly, watching the vibrant color blend smoothly.
  4. Add a generous handful of ice cubes to the pitcher, cooling the mixture instantly and creating a slight crackling sound.
  5. Slowly pour the chilled sparkling water or soda into the pitcher, allowing it to bubble up and create a shimmering, effervescent surface.
  6. Gently stir the punch again to distribute the bubbles evenly and enhance the sparkling effect.
  7. Serve the Vampire Punch in glasses filled with additional ice cubes for a chilling presentation and enjoy the bubbling, blood-red spectacle.

Notes

For extra theatrical effect, add some crushed red candies or a cherry garnish on top before serving.
