  • 8 leaves fresh basil small leaves or torn pieces

Method
 

  1. Skewer a cherry tomato onto a small pick or skewer.
  2. Add a small piece of basil on top of the cherry tomato, creating a green "iris".
  3. Place a fresh mozzarella ball on top of the basil, completing the eyeball assembly.
  4. Repeat the process with remaining ingredients until all skewers are assembled.
