- Peel the peaches using a peeler or knife, then slice them into smaller chunks to make blending easier.
- Place the sliced peaches, honey or simple syrup, and ice cubes into the blender.
- Pour the chilled champagne into the blender, then secure the lid firmly.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, frosty, and has a slushy texture, about 30-40 seconds.
- Stop the blender and check the consistency; if it’s too thick, add a splash more champagne and blend briefly to incorporate.
- Pour the slushie into chilled glasses, allowing the icy mixture to mound slightly over the rim.
- Garnish with a small peach slice or a sprig of mint if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, add a splash of fresh lemon juice before blending. Best enjoyed immediately while frosty and bubbly.
